You Are Invited to Join the Show
On Aug 25, 2023, we will be hosting an ART/FASHION SHOW. Artbox x Jadenne is about bringing art & fashion culture to the city. The goal is to create an approachable, creative & fun space for everyone while exposing local artists & designers. This event, we are creating an experience like no other with a live painting and a runway show all in one evening. We are expecting 300+ art and fashion enthusiasts to join us this event.
REQUIREMENTS TO CONFIRM ENTRY:
1. SEND US PICTURES OF YOUR PIECES
Email jadenneco@gmail.com clear images of the the pieces you would like to display and/or sell at the event. Be sure to include your name with with images of the pieces being submitted, Name of the pieces, Sizes, and Price in CAD$. There is no limit to how many pictures submitted by email.
Women and mens clothing accepted.
2. CONFIRM PACKAGE FEE

Packages:
- Runway Show + 1 Sales Rack + Runway Photos- $190
- Runway Show - $150
- 1 Sales Rack - $50 (Rack can be restocked if needed throughout the event)
Submission Fee Includes:
- Runway show including music (package 1)
- Rehearsed Models (package 1)
- Runway Photos (package 1 & 2)
- Personal discount code for guests
- 12:00pm Early Entry for featured designers and designers assistant (if designers choose to bring an assistant, please be sure they have purchased a ticket if they are staying for the event). Please note, there will be staff on site to assist with your needs as well.
- 1 rack for designers who will showcase clothing. Additional racks can be made available if given notice.
- Social media features on @artboxevents & @jadenneco via Facebook and Instagram
- Add your pieces to Jadenneco.com sales platform. Designers have the option to add or remove pieces from the online sales platform at anytime. Please note, a 30% commission (+ shipping fees if shipped by Jadenneco) will apply to online clothing sales and a 10% commission will apply to in-person sales.
- Lastly, if you would like to collaborate on merch such as t-shirts and tote bags etc please include that in your submission email. Partial proceeds will go to the Heart & Stroke Foundation and Salvation Army Women’s shelter. 50% of profits will go to the designers on custom collab pieces.
Submission deadline is Aug 11, 2023.
3. REPOST ARTBOX X JADENNE ON SOCIAL MEDIA
We kindly ask all designers to post the current event flyer on Instagram stories and/or posts. Be sure to tag @jadenneco & @artboxevents. The more guests that come to the event, the more potential clothing sales.
4. PHYSICAL SUBMISSIONS
Once approved, clothing is to be submitted physically for the show day of. Please arrive between 12pm-2pm to drop off your pieces for model fittings. Other drop-off arrangements can be arranged if needed
Clothing will be taken with designers the night of the event or morning after, if approved.
